333be Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement With Us

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 333be ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the 333be website at 333be.io and all associated services. By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the 333be platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including all policies incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue use of the 333be platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following notification of any changes to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

1 Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the 333be platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in your Account, including real-money funds and any bonus credits separately denoted.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited by 333be that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Platform" means the 333be website, mobile site, and all associated products accessible at 333be.io.
• "Services" means all products offered on the Platform, including sports betting, live casino, slots, bingo, blackjack, and any other gaming products.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or entry fee placed by you on the Platform using real-money or eligible bonus funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, the identity and age verification process required under 333be's compliance procedures.
• "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which 333be transacts with players in Bangladesh.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the 333be platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 333be enforces a strict 21+ policy in line with responsible gaming best practice for the Bangladesh market.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) accessing the platform for personal, non-commercial use.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing or using online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of 333be or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be self-excluded from the 333be platform or any other gambling platform under a cross-operator exclusion agreement.

333be reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, and residential address at any stage, including but not limited to: a valid national ID card, passport, birth certificate, recent utility bill, or bank statement issued in Bangladesh. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 333be may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

3 Account Management

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active Account on the 333be platform. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether using the same identity, different identities, different devices, or different payment methods — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. In such circumstances, 333be reserves the right to suspend or permanently close all associated accounts, void all outstanding wagers, and confiscate any balances including winnings derived from the period of duplicate account use.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 333be will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. If you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 333be support immediately at support@333be.io or via Live Chat.

333be reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at its discretion, including where fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity is suspected. Account closure by 333be for cause does not entitle the player to withdrawal of funds where those funds are connected to the activity that prompted closure.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

333be accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the payment methods listed in the cashier section of the platform. Accepted methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL) mobile banking, and selected Bangladeshi commercial bank transfers. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to make a deposit on the same account, subject to KYC verification. 333be does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment methods in a name other than the registered account holder. 333be reserves the right to apply enhanced verification checks to withdrawal requests exceeding ৳20,000 within any 24-hour period.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

333be may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, VIP rewards, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All such offers are subject to individual promotion terms which will be published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between the individual promotion terms and this Agreement, the individual promotion terms shall prevail with respect to the specific offer.

• Bonus offers are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above unless otherwise specified.
• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus only once. Attempting to claim welcome offers multiple times via duplicate accounts is a breach of this Agreement.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified in the promotion terms. Uncompleted wagering requirements after expiry will result in forfeiture of the associated bonus and any winnings derived from that bonus.
• 333be reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, except where a player has already commenced fulfilling the associated wagering requirements.
• VIP loyalty points are awarded based on real-money wager volume as set out in the VIP programme terms. Points have no cash value and may not be transferred between accounts.

6 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on the 333be platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. General betting rules applicable to all markets include the following:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the wager is confirmed. In cases of obvious pricing errors, 333be reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
• Bets placed on events that have already commenced (where in-play betting is not offered for that market) will be voided and stakes returned.
• Where a sporting event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned without a result being determined, bets will be settled as void and stakes returned unless competition-specific rules state otherwise.
• 333be reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any time, including in-play markets, where the integrity of the event or market is in question.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event, per market, and per player as published in the platform rules. 333be is not liable to pay winnings above the published maximum payout regardless of the winning odds.
• Cricket betting markets — including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh national team fixtures — are governed by the ICC match result and official scorecards as the definitive settlement record.

7 Casino & Games

The 333be casino offers live dealer games, slots, bingo, and blackjack sourced from certified third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. All games use certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer formats governed by the respective provider's fair-play standards.

333be does not influence game outcomes. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are theoretical long-run values and do not guarantee specific results for any individual session. By participating in casino games, you acknowledge that gambling outcomes are determined by chance and that past results do not predict future outcomes.

In the event of a technical fault, game malfunction, disconnection, or server error during a game round, 333be's decision on the outcome of the affected round shall be final. Where a fault prevents a game round from completing, the stake for that round will typically be refunded at 333be's discretion.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 333be platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, voiding of all wagers and balances, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place wagers, access account information, or interact with the platform in any automated manner.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting using 333be bonus funds, or any strategy specifically designed to exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play.
• Colluding with other players in live poker, live casino, or any other multiplayer format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits or exploiting charge-back procedures to dishonestly recover funds after receiving betting services.
• Attempting to manipulate, hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with any aspect of the 333be platform, including game software, odds engines, or account management systems.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 333be platform — including but not limited to the 333be brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, images, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 333be or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal gambling purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any content on the 333be platform without prior written consent from 333be. Unauthorised use of 333be intellectual property may constitute a breach of applicable intellectual property laws.

10 Privacy & Data

333be collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in that policy. 333be will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

333be may share your data with third-party payment processors, game providers, fraud prevention services, and regulatory authorities where required by law or legitimate platform operations. All data sharing arrangements are governed by the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection standards.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 333be shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or financial loss resulting from betting outcomes.

333be's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12-month period immediately preceding the claim, or ৳10,000, whichever is lower. Nothing in this clause limits 333be's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The 333be platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 333be does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the platform entirely at your own risk.

12 Responsible Gaming

333be is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible directly from Account Settings without requiring contact with support:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits that take effect immediately when reduced and after a 72-hour cooling period when increased.
• Loss Limits: Maximum loss thresholds over daily, weekly, or monthly periods.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable on-screen reminders at regular intervals during active gambling sessions.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporary account deactivation for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.

333be strictly enforces its 21+ age policy. Any account where there are reasonable grounds to believe the holder may be under the age of 21 will be suspended pending age verification, and all funds will be withheld until verification is satisfactorily completed. 13 Amendments to These Terms

333be reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on record or by a prominent notice displayed on the platform no less than 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations or to address security threats.

Your continued use of the 333be platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 333be holds its international offshore operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement, 333be operates a formal complaints procedure: complaints must first be submitted in writing to support@333be.io with full details of the dispute. 333be will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aim to provide a final response within 14 business days.

If you remain dissatisfied after exhausting the 333be internal complaints procedure, you may seek resolution through the independent dispute resolution body designated by the platform's operating licence. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body will be provided in the response to your formal complaint.

Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Bangladeshi law.
